Audience interest
CTR shows how often people click after seeing an ad. Across the campaign the ads held a solid 1.30% link CTR and 2.61% on all clicks — a healthy level for a health & wellness niche with strict ad rules.
Creative 10 hit the highest CTR of 2.18% on a small test budget — a promising direction to scale next.

What happened after the click
Ad performance is only half of the story. Here is what the conversations looked like once people started writing.

What people said in conversations
Based on feedback from the Peptide Tech sales team. Percentages are approximate.
| Share | Conversations | What the customer said |
|---|---|---|
| ~50% | (≈204) | Price is too high for them |
| ~20% | (≈81) | Want to place an order soon |
| ~20% | (≈81) | Asked for the price, then stopped replying |
| ~10% | (≈41) | Wrote by mistake |
What this tells us
- The ads reached people who are interested. About 4 in 10 conversations were either ready to order or at least asked for the price.
- Price is the main barrier. Around 70% of conversations stopped at the price: either it was too high, or the person disappeared after hearing it.
- About 81 people said they want to order soon. This is the warmest group and the biggest opportunity right now. Quick follow-up with this group can turn into sales.
- Mistaken messages are a normal share for click-to-WhatsApp ads (~10%).
*Sales data is based on information provided by Peptide Tech and is being updated. Repeat purchases from ad contacts are not included in the current count.
Summary & next steps
What we know
In three weeks the ads brought 407 conversations. The gap is between interest and buying, and it shows up at the price.
What we do on the ads side
- 01Show the price or a price range in the creatives, so people with a different budget filter themselves out before writing.
- 02Add one or two qualifying questions to the WhatsApp welcome message.
- 03Scale Creative 8 and the Sales campaign, the most cost-efficient combination.
- 04Test Creative 10 with a larger budget to confirm its top CTR.
- 05Ride the November shopping season: build offers around 11.11 and White Friday (Black Friday), so hesitant people have a concrete reason to write to us now.
What we suggest on the sales side
- 01Follow up with the ~81 people who said they want to order soon.
- 02Send a gentle reminder to those who asked for the price and went quiet.
- 03Share sales data, including repeat customers from ads, so we can calculate the real cost per customer in the next report.
